www.5stardeal.com Daily Deal is a Daily Deal website, each day offering one or more items at deeply discounted prices. Supplies are limited. The deal is available starting at midnight EST/EDT.
Why do you only feature only a couple deals each day? I want more!
They are available for 24 hours. We only offer a limited number of deals a day because they are really deals. Many deals can be bought and resold on ebay at a profit. Buy as many as you wish as long as they are available.
When and for how long are these deals posted?
New deals are posted throughout the day and last for a 24 hour period, or while supplies last.
I like today's deal - how do I buy it?
Ordering is a snap. Just click on the "BUY NOW" button and you will be redirected to the checkout page. Checkout as a Guest or register an account with us.

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
Are the items new?
Items listed on the site are almost always new, in original packaging. From time to time, we list deals of refurbished or wholesale packaged items, allowing for even greater savings. The item's condition is listed in the "Specs".
How do I ship to a address other than my billing address?
If you'd like to use a ship to address that is different from your billing address, please checkout using Paypal when processing your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has already been submitted, so has the shipping address, and it cannot be changed. Once your order has been approved by our secure systems, we do not manually update information to ensure and protect your credit safety.
What if I have moved and no longer live at the address on my account?
If the address you entered is not correct, don't panic...Just let us know your new address. Your item will be returned to us and we will reship back out to the correct address.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

How long will shipping take?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS/UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, delivery time varies between 3-10 business days.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Patience! It can take up 5 business days for items to ship.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our business, www.5stardeal.com does not normally accept returns. However, in the case of defective merchandise, notify us by email using the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for a working exchange. If the item works, but the packaging is damaged, we do not accept returns. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund. We do not refund shipping cost, just the product price.
Are your products under warranty?
Most of the items sold on www.5stardeal.com are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The exact length of the warranty can be found in the "Specs" or product description.
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but can take up 30 days.
